Position Title : Business Analyst(US Citizens Only)
Location : Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders to inform strategic planning.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and successful project delivery.
- Identify project risks and issues, and work proactively to mitigate them. Develop contingency plans to address potential delays or challenges.
- Assist in the planning and execution of change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions when implementing new systems, processes, or technologies.
- Facilitate the validation and approval of requirements with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with the QA team to ensure the solution meets the requirements, and support testing efforts by providing clarity on business needs.
- Lead or support initiatives aimed at redesigning business processes for greater efficiency, productivity, or cost savings.
- Create user manuals, training guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support end users post-implementation.
- Deliver training sessions to business users on new systems, tools, or processes, ensuring a smooth adoption of new solutions.
- Assist in managing project budgets by identifying cost-saving opportunities or by ensuring that project scope stays within financial constraints.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, best practices, and potential solutions that can be implemented to achieve business objectives.
- Work with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement, offering recommendations for ongoing enhancement of business processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) is highly preferred.
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Business Analyst (IIBA-AAC) would be a plus.
- ITIL certification or experience in IT service management is beneficial.
- Experience with database management and SQL for querying and reporting.
- Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Proficiency with process mapping and business modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Balsamiq).
- Experience with cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure) and knowledge of modern IT infrastructure.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in your specific sector (e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.).
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365).
- Expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across various levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to identify innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of leading or being part of cross-functional project teams to deliver business solutions.
- Experience in performing gap analysis and developing solution options.
- Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, depending on the level (Junior, Mid, Senior).
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, analyze complex problems, and propose actionable solutions based on data and stakeholder input.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and technologies in a dynamic business environment.
- Flexible approach to change, with a willingness to adapt to evolving business needs and technological advancements.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
