Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Events Assistant to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. In this role, you will assist in planning, organizing, and executing various events that align with our clients' branding and marketing strategies. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the event planning industry and grow within a creative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events.
• Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure smooth event operations.
• Help create event timelines, schedules, and checklists.
• Support event setup and breakdown, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
• Monitor event budgets and track expenses.
• Coordinate promotional materials and event-related content.
• Provide on-site assistance during events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
• Gather post-event feedback and contribute to event performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or marketing (preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours when needed for events.
