About the Internship

Loan Servicing interns will be responsible for various tasks including loan editing/maintenance, imaging, and other projects as assigned. Loan Servicing interns will gain valuable knowledge in loan booking, funding, documentation, lien filing and perfections, as well as experience working in a professional, team-based office setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Must be able to provide courteous, personal attention to adhere with policy and regulatory requirements and promote customer satisfaction and the public perception and reputation of the company.
• Must be able to communicate effectively to get important points across in the process of accurately completing a transaction to the satisfaction of the customer, whether internal or external.
• Must be able to contribute as a team member and promote the achievement of team and individual goals.
• Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productive results while working independently.

Skills and Qualifications

• Applicant should be enrolled in or pursuing higher education.
• Possess intermediate PC skills.
• Ability to be patient and attentive to detail.
• Excellent verbal and listening skills and ability to use positive language.
• Time management skills.
