Job Description

• Previous experience working as a travel agent.
• Sales skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of GDS systems such as SABRE or AMADEUS, preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.

• Assist customers by providing guidance regarding the trip packages with the designated zone.
• Creates, estimates, and reserves unique travel packages based on the client's interests and within the restrictions that the company offers.
• Registers and updates bookings for your clients in the database.
• Ensure that the company receives complete payment from the consumer.
• Create receipts and invoices for your sales in the Client Base system.
• Prepares and distributes your clients' vouchers or travel documents after payment is received.
• Handle all travel-related issues, including disputes, complaints, cancellations, and refunds.
